The company was incorporated in July 2005 under the name of GH Agro Supply Sdn Bhd. The name was subsequently changed to GH Agro Supplies Sdn Bhd in November 2005 and eventually to Borneo Palma Resources Sdn Bhd in July 2007.
The initial business of the company was for the establishment of an Oil Palm Nursery and trading in fertilizers, chemicals and other apparatus to supply the local oil palm estates in the districts of Keningau, Sook, Nabawan, Tenom, and Tambunan both in the government and private secotrs. Subsequently, the company ventured into civil engineering works and road maintenance as and when opportunities arose.
Since inception, the company has undertaken the supply of fertilizers and has operated an Oil Palm Nursery producing 400,000 seedlings including 100,000 seedlings supplied to Sabah Land Development Board. During the period 2006 - 2009, several Oil Palm Estates road maintenance works have been undertaken.
Since 2009, the company has ventured into the multimedia communication industry, securing and successfully implementing several packages in the construction and erection of telecommunication towers.
With recent emphasis of boosting the digital communication system, especially the upgrading from sunset 3G to 5G facilities, more opportunities are opened pertaining to the enhancement of telecommunication tower network. A major thrust has been the implementation of the "Jalinan Digital Negara" (JENDELA) initiative.
